My pastry got a bit thin in the middle with the extra rolling so difficult to roll nicely. More chilling half way through the cutting helped x

The cheese straws sound perfect, as we have a vegetarian in situ (her last night before she departs to the Antipodes) I’ll make them without the anchovies! Happy New Year xxx
