Yes, it was a tin from Ortiz which my younger daughter who is a food journalist had given me as she didn’t want them. I would make again with a bog standard tin to see if I could tell the difference.
I’m not keen on sardines either but I liked this. You could try it just without the sardines as I think it would still be great or with a few anchovies.

I like sardines but Chris doesn't, otherwise I would definitely try that sardine pie.
