When I read the ingredients for Rukmini Iyer's salad I thought "That must be inspired by the Dishoom one". That salad is my vegetable revelation of the year.
I don’t know about the Dishoom one as haven’t been there since before Covid but that is interesting. I don’t like broccoli but might try it for my husband.
