Loved this post. I am just deciding on which lamb recipe to cook on Sunday, so I will investigate all the DH ones you suggest before shopping tomorrow. I have been making Nigella's Easter Nest Cake every year for years, so that will definitely be on the menu again .
P made the Easter Nest cake for 30 once for the mountaineering club and I was worried when he took the hand mixer to make the ganache in the Lake District. I have bought my leg of lamb but no idea yet what I’m going to do with it .
I was considering my Easter menu for about 6 weeks before being informed that we weren't actually seeing anyone this year. Crushing disappointment. I love those egg candles!
So many delicious sounding recipes. Am tempted by the peppers, the sweet potato and olive stuffing and, especially, the pistachio pavlova with rhubarb.

I share your pain. Still got to find where those candles are as I was too mean to light most of them.
Who needs Easter Eggs when they can have a treat of a read from the Cook’s Edit ☺️
Thank you so much, Jo.
