I love a tea cake, but also thought the apple and maple popovers sounded delicious. So many love things to eat and places to go!

Just converted all the measuarements for Nigel Slater Afternoon Tea Cake! I'll make it later today. Always looking for new ways to eat carbs!!!!!

I soaked the dried fruit in tea first and added a bit of orange zest and almond extract. It’s so easy with just having to melt the butter. Will definitely make again
